From 18th April to 23rd May, CineCiutat will host a series of recent Romanian films that will feature a weekly screening, every Thursday at 7 pm and with free admission upon reservation.

This showcase, which has the support of the Mallorca Film Commission and the Fundació Mallorca Turisme and the collaboration of the Romanian Institute of Culture and the Honorary Consulate of Romania, will start on Thursday, 18th April with the screening of the dramatic comedy MMXX, by Cristi Puiu, a film that in 2023 was part of the official San Sebastián Film Festival-Zinemaldi competition section.

On 25th April it will be the turn of Men of Deeds, by Paul Negoescu. Already on 2nd May it will be Carbon, by Ion Bors; while on 9th May comes the turn of Man and Dog, by director Stefan Constantinescu. Finally, the cycle will close on 16th May with the screening of Mikado, by filmmaker Emanuel Parvu.
