On Thursday 16th November at 8 pm, CineCiutat premieres the documentary produced by La Perifèrica in collaboration with IB3, Retrats des del Paradís (Portraits from Paradise).

The documentary, directed by Joan Bonet, rescues the story of Tom Weedon, a pioneer in the field of photography in Mallorca, before the arrival of the tourist boom of the desarrollismo.

After traveling around the world, Weedon settled in Fornalutx with his family. Through the portraits he took of the island, we discover an unrecognizable Mallorca, traditional and very far from the images crowded with masses of vacationers to which we are used to.
