One journey comes to an end, but another one begins. While on February 27 we say goodbye to Road to the Goya Awards, cinema keeps moving forward and at CineCiutat we set our course toward the big international event. That same day, our own Road to the Oscars begins: a journey to celebrate cinema just before Hollywood’s most anticipated night.

From February 27 to March 12, we will be re-screening and premiering the films nominated for the Academy Award for Best Picture, with daily screenings and an especially extensive programme. For this reason, we encourage you to check the dedicated Road to the Oscars listings, where you will find all titles, schedules and available sessions.

This new path is shaped by films such as Hamnet, Sentimental Value, Bugonia or Sinners: works that push the boundaries of contemporary cinema through diverse, bold and deeply stimulating perspectives.

Road to the Oscars is an invitation to keep walking together, to shift horizons without losing what truly matters: the shared emotion of well-crafted cinema. Because beyond the awards, what truly matters is the journey.
