In our established Documentary of the month there is always room to express what needs to be said.
In this case, Belgian director Alexe Poukine brings us a different, equally stark view of what continues to happen today with the issue of female rape, more in a close environment.
Using a story, told in the first person by different people, Poukine makes us see that all those people live that story, that all of us could live that story.
Synopsis:
Ada, 19, is meeting for dinner at the house of an acquaintance. Everything happens very quickly, she does not manage to defend herself. Nine years later he meets the filmmaker Alexe Poukine and shares his experience with her. Poukine puts this text into the mouths of 12 women and two men, which when said in the first person, triggers memories and reactions in each one of them. This is how veiled rape is in our daily lives.
