Next Wednesday, October 15, the CCOO and UGT unions have called a two-hour general strike, with stoppages scheduled for 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., and 2:00 a.m. to 4:00 a.m.

The reasons for the strike include the defense of the human rights of the Palestinian people, the demand for an end to the violence in Gaza, the protection of political and economic stability in the region, and the promotion of peace, social justice, and freedom of expression.
