At the end of the Civil War, a homosexual singer, a pianist, and his girlfriend Pepita join forces to form a group that will become famous and successful throughout Spain. When they return to Madrid, the worst moments of their careers begin; the capital's aristocracy, bored and in search of thrills, attacks Mario for being homosexual.
