Floria is a dedicated and professional nurse working in the surgical ward of a Swiss hospital. She never makes a mistake, always listens to her patients even in the most stressful situations, and is always immediately available in case of emergency. But in the harsh, and often unpredictable, daily reality of the hospital, things can be different. One day, Floria arrives for the night shift; the emergency room is completely full and there is a staff shortage.
